  As I was unable to get a response locally (Mold), I phoned Neil Davies, Ellesmere Port(found on the internet). He was most helpful, even after 6 pm ish!!. I explained my concerns regarding my washing machine, after answering some questions, he stated that he thought it was beyond repair. He asked me to put the phone by the open door of the machine and to move the drum by hand ....and yes, it made a noise. I was also asked to try and pull the drum towards me to see if it was loose. (I may have remembered some of this wrongly), And, again he said my machine was beyond repair. I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about, and when I told him that it was 12 yrs old, sadly, in this day, it needed replacing. I was most grateful to him, especially as being a pensioner, I didn't have a Bill or Call Out Charges. Many, Many thanks for allowing me to pick your brain, free of charge!!!
