  I’ve been twice to this branch over Christmas and both times they have not had any Eggnog Latte which seems to be a common occurrence for Starbucks. What’s the point in having a Seasonal drink if it’s rarely available?

  Absolutely disgusting. The place is filthy. Dirty Pots are abandoned on every table and piling up. Rubbish is strewn on the floor. I noticed this as I queued whilst the staff chatted. After 5 mins of going nowhere and realising if we got a drink not a single table had enough space to put a mug on we left.
  There are 8 people in the cafe. And you know what your nearest competitor it twice as busy and all the tables are cleaned and ready for customers.
  NB to Manager. You need to get a grip of this place and the staff. It may have been busy earlier but it sure isn’t busy now and staff couldn’t care less
  NB to Customers. There are plenty of other cafes who will appreciate your business because Starbucks at Cheshire Oaks don’t
  They don’t even deserve the one star I have to give!!
